Official Introduction

The Magic of Mnemonics: Spanish Through Mexico by Johnny Zihua is an immersive, fact-based Spanish learning journey through every Mexican state.

Every story is based on researched facts about real places, history, culture, food, wildlife, geography, and living Indigenous communities. The conversations between John and Guillermina are fictional; the educational content must be grounded in reliable sources.

Locked Lesson Standard

• 700–1,200 word story for production Journeys.
• Spanish story with English hover translation and Spanish pronunciation.
• Vocabulary review always keeps Spanish, English, and pronunciation together.
• One grammar focus per Journey.
• Fact boxes, WOW moment, five senses, Spanish Victory, John’s Journal, Memory Hooks, Beyond the Story, and Passport Stamp.
• Research sources included before publication.

Current Build Status

• Production-ready content: Journey 1.
• Prepared structure: all 32 expeditions and all 320 Journey files.
• Added in this corrected build: expedition detail pages, search, settings, dark mode, text-size controls, source rendering, production checklist, planned-content notices, and previous/next navigation.
• Still future work: real photography/artwork, native-speaker audio, true interactive SVG Mexico map, cloud accounts, certificates, and all remaining researched stories.
