You Follow and You Guide
Use sigue for polite “you follow” and guía for polite “you guide.” Every practice roll recycles approximately twice as much previously learned language.

Use sigue when politely saying that one person follows something or continues along a path. Use seguir after familiar helper forms.

Spanish often leaves out usted. Here, sigue by itself can mean polite you follow.
