Compare Spanish and English:Lo siento is treated as a fixed polite expression here. Do not generalize a wider sentir pattern yet. No puedo supplies a simple reason with language already learned.

Compare Spanish and English:Spanish uses a + the time to mark an appointment time. Nos vemos is a useful meeting expression here. Esperar stays inside the present forms you learned; no past or future tense is introduced.
